Refund and Cancellation Policy for Digital Services

Welcome to Traveliyo. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the financial terms, conditions, and operational procedures governing the purchase of digital advertising space, sponsored content, and brand partnerships on Traveliyo.com.
By engaging our services, remitting payment, or signing a digital insertion order, you (the “Client” or “Advertiser”) agree to the terms stipulated below.
1. General Overview of Digital Goods & Services
Traveliyo provides specialized digital B2B services, including but not limited to, the drafting, optimization, and publication of sponsored travel narratives, banner advertising, and integrated link placements. Due to the irreversible nature of digital content creation, search engine indexing, and the labor-intensive editorial process, our refund parameters are strictly defined.
2. Non-Refundable Services
We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy on services that have already been executed. The following scenarios are entirely non-refundable:
- Published Content: Once a sponsored post, review, or article has been published and is live on Traveliyo.com, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Indexed Links: Any campaign involving backlink placements where the links have already been crawled and indexed by search engines.
- Commenced Editorial Work: If our editorial team has already begun drafting, researching, or formatting your custom content based on an agreed-upon brief, the associated labor costs are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Terms & Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or campaign cancellations are only considered under the following specific pre-publication conditions:
- Cancellation Before Content Creation (100% Refund): If the Client submits a formal cancellation request via email before any editorial or technical work has commenced, a full refund (minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
- Rejection of Content by Traveliyo (100% Refund): If we determine that the Client’s provided content or link violates our Editorial Guidelines, Google’s Webmaster Guidelines, or promotes illegal/unethical activities, Traveliyo reserves the right to reject the campaign. In such instances, a full refund will be initiated.
- Failure to Deliver (100% Refund): In the rare event that Traveliyo is unable to publish the agreed-upon content within the stipulated timeframe due to internal technical failures, the Client is entitled to a full refund.
4. Revisions in Lieu of Refunds
We are committed to delivering high-quality campaigns. If the Client is unsatisfied with a drafted sponsored post prior to publication, we offer up to two (2) complimentary editorial revisions to ensure the content aligns with the initial campaign brief. Requests for a refund based purely on stylistic preferences post-drafting will not be entertained.
5. Payment Processing & Chargebacks
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., Payoneer, Direct Bank Transfer).
- Chargeback Policy: We consider credit card chargebacks on rendered digital services as fraudulent. Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate removal of all associated digital content, the permanent blacklisting of the Client’s domain across our network, and potential reporting to internet fraud databases.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to financial transactions, digital service delivery, or advertising contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
