- B2B Clients purchasing sponsored content retain the rights to their provided brand assets, but the final published article structure and format remain the property of Traveliyo.
2. B2B Digital Advertising & Sponsored Content
Traveliyo offers digital marketing services, including sponsored travel narratives and banner placements. By entering into an advertising agreement with us:
- You confirm that your promoted content adheres to Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and does not promote illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
- You acknowledge that the payment, refund, and cancellation parameters for these services are strictly governed by our [Refund and Cancellation Policy] (Note: Make sure to hyperlink this to your refund policy page).
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove any sponsored content or backlink that violates our editorial standards or jeopardizes our domain authority.
3. User Conduct and Comments
When engaging with our blog posts or community sections, you agree not to post content that is spam, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete user comments at our sole discretion to maintain a safe environment for our global audience.

6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or cancel digital service agreements, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms or unauthorized credit card chargebacks.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or disputes arising from the use of this Site or our commercial B2B services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
