Write for Us : Traveliyo Guest Post Guidelines

Welcome to Traveliyo! We are always on the lookout for passionate travelers, digital nomads, and talented writers to share their authentic journeys with our global audience.
However, we maintain an exceptionally high editorial standard. We do not accept generic, AI-generated, or heavily promotional content. If you have a genuine travel story, an in-depth destination guide, or actionable travel tips based on real experiences, you are in the right place.
What We Are Looking For
We publish comprehensive, long-form travel narratives and destination guides. Our readers expect well-researched, deeply informative, and engaging content.
- Destination Guides: Deep dives into specific locations (e.g., “The Ultimate 7-Day Itinerary for Jordan” or “How to Navigate the Lemaire Channel in Antarctica”).
- Travel Tips & Hacks: Practical, real-world advice on packing, budgeting, visas, or navigating local cultures.
- Personal Narratives: Engaging stories that highlight the reality of travel, overcoming challenges, or unique cultural immersions.
Strict Editorial Guidelines

To be considered for publication on Traveliyo, your submission must strictly adhere to the following criteria:
- 100% Original Content: Your post must be entirely original and never published elsewhere (including your own blog). We check all submissions through premium plagiarism and AI-detection tools. Zero tolerance for AI-generated text.
- Word Count: Submissions must be comprehensive. We require a minimum of 1,500 to 2,000+ words.
- Tone & Style: Conversational, inspiring, and authoritative. Use short paragraphs, bullet points, and clear headings (H2, H3) for readability.
- Real-World Experience: You must have actually visited the destination you are writing about. Show, don’t just tell. Include specific details like ticket prices, hidden spots, and local names.
Photography Requirements
Travel is visual. We require high-quality, original imagery to accompany your text.
- Submit at least 4-6 high-definition, original photographs that you took yourself.
- We do not accept stock photos (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels).
- If your photos are extracted from high-quality video footage (like mobile travel vlogs), ensure they are crisp, color-corrected, and accurately depict the location.
Our Link Policy (Important)
- For Fellow Travel Bloggers: We offer one (1) do-follow link within the author bio to your personal travel blog or social media profile as credit for your hard work.
- For Commercial/B2B Clients: If you are an agency, SEO company, or writing on behalf of a brand/business (e.g., tour operators, hotels, booking sites), this is considered Sponsored Content. Please visit our [Advertise With Us] page or email our commercial team directly. We do not offer free links to commercial entities under the guise of “guest posting.”
What We Will Reject Immediately

To save your time and ours, please note that we will immediately delete pitches that fall into these categories:
- Articles generated by ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI writers.
- Vague, generic topics (e.g., “Top 5 Reasons to Travel” or “Why Vacations are Good”).
- Poor grammar, spelling mistakes, and bad formatting.
- Pitches that do not address us by name or show they haven’t read our blog.
